EPHESIANS

The letter of Ephesians was a “circular” letter, meaning that it went to the Ephesians and then was passed on to other churches in the different cities around Ephesus. Because of that, Paul takes a more general approach. He lays out a clear explanation of the gospel and what the gospel creates––the church. Ephesians is focused on the church, what life in and as the church looks like, and how the gospel brings us together around Jesus. We are studying Ephesians this fall to re-lay the foundations of who we are as a church as we prepare to move into our new building.
