This fall we will be continuing our study through the books of Kings by studying 2 Kings together as a church in our Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies. If you missed our study of 1 Kings in the summer, don’t worry, we will catch you up! We’re excited to study 2 Kings together because it shows us more of Jesus and helps us connect the dots on how the bible fits together as one big story. 2 Kings has Elijah sending down fire from heaven and then being taken into heaven by a chariot of fire, Elisha doing miraculous works by the power of God, resurrections, and the patience and faithfulness of God to not quit on his people. I’m looking forward to seeing more of Jesus with you together in 2 Kings. To do so, we need discussion group leaders!
