The Veritas Church Digital or Print Media Request Form is for church staff and members to request materials in support of events and ministries. Please fill out the following form to the best of your ability and provide as much information as possible. Allow 2 weeks to complete requested graphics and website updates. Allow 6 weeks to complete requested photo/video and printed media.
